Located on the ground floor, equipped and accessible for disabled people, with living area with kitchen equipped with two electric hobs, electric oven, fridge, kettle, table for four people, four chairs and an iron sofa bed for a possible third guest. On request it is possible to install the fourth bed. There are cookware and crockery for the three/four guests. Double bedroom or two single beds, overlooking the stream Gesso, equipped with wardrobe with two doors, TV, bedside tables with bedside lamps. From the room you can access the terrace equipped with umbrella, table and chairs, where you can have lunch, relax or read. The bathroom, equipped for disabled people, has a shower flush with the floor, toilet with shower, mirror, open cabinet for towels and hairdryer.
