From October to May you will find a non-stop kitchen, to ensure the warmth of a dish on the return from your trips or the passage through the valley, while from June to September the kitchen and hot dishes will be served from 12 to 14 and from 19 to 21.

Here you will find the artisanal salami and meats of the Parracone butcher’s shop in Valdieri, the cheeses of the Valle Gesso di Entracque dairy, the I Gemei farm in Valdieri, the Coc Ner farm in Chiusa di Pesio and the ancient Carletti cheese maker in Peveragno, honey from the beekeeping Miraglio di Valdieri, the inevitable potatoes from the farm La Grella di Entracque, potatoes, rye and small fruits from the farm Lu Garun Rus di Andonno, rye flour, maize flour and rye paste from the farm Spelt Peveragno.
We offer delicious breakfasts, aperitifs, ice cream, platters, sandwiches, toast, salads. In summer you can choose to stop in a small room or on the terrace, in the terrace or in the pine forest. From September will be our room and the Mountain House to welcome you.
